Exercise

WHY EXERCISE?

When a person asks you “why should you exercise?” please look at them with sorrow then pull out about thirty reasons off the top of your head! Everyone should exercise at least once a week. There are so many benefits for people who exercise, it would be sad for someone not to receive those perks. The main reason people should work out because it can boost your confidence, you can get stronger, improve your memory, you will have more energy, it can help you de-stress, you will live longer, and it can improve your happiness!
There are plenty of other reasons why you should exercise but the reasons I gave are really the ones that can truly benefit a human beings life. The improvement of happiness is one of my favorite reasons because what is better than smiling every day. Working out levies the stress you may be taking on at work or at school (college) and it helps you just deal with so many things around you. The other thing I like about working out is that I am in control! I can control the turnout of how my body looks and that to me is one of the most beautiful things in the world.  Bruce lee a legendary martial artist says “Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one.”
Athletes should definitely exercise because it gives them so much of an advantage in the sport they are playing in. For example, Lebron James is “probably” one of the best athletes of all time. He would not be where he is today if he was not exercising and conditioning his body. Yes, he has given talent but exercising mad him stronger and faster to make him an all-around basketball player. The people who need it the most would definitely be American football players. If you really review the sport these men are basically preparing for war! They risk their body and lives every Sunday on that field. It is important for them to work out so players can minimize impact from another strong athlete trying to hit you at full speed.
I truly hope that this article is able to persuade people to exercise. Obesity is a very dangerous condition that is rising especially in America. Discovery News says that “The highest proportion of the world's obese people, 13 percent, live in the United States.” Obesity is an outlet to diabetes, high blood pressure, and diseases to the heart. To avoid these life taking diagnoses all you have to do is just exercise!
